Common Questions
How do I add or remove AI models?
Open the extension, go to the Models tab, and click on model cards to select or deselect them. Selected models appear in the Calculator tab for cost comparison.
How do I change the display currency?
Navigate to the Settings tab and choose between USD, EUR, or RUB. The calculator converts all token prices using approximate exchange rates.
Can I customize the input/output token ratio?
Yes. In the Settings tab, adjust the input share percentage (default 85% input, 15% output) to match your actual usage pattern.
Why are some models showing higher prices?
Some providers like Google Gemini and Qwen apply higher-tier pricing when input or output exceeds 128,000 tokens. The calculator accounts for these tiers automatically.
